Demolition of an existing paper mill factory, to
provide 22nr apartments within Wandsworth. The
project included a basement structure, façade
retention and all apartments delivered to a high
specification. Orbis worked alongside the
developer, to provide PM/QS and EA Services on
the Shell and Core Contract, before providing
Construction Management Services on behalf of
the developer for the self-delivery of the Fit Out
Works.
